The room rates are $145/night for single and double rooms. Rates are quoted exclusively of applicable state and local taxes and assessments, which, as of date, include occupancy tax at 10%, 2% TBID and 2% CA Tourism Tax.  All such taxes and assessments are subject to change without notice.  Group rate valid up to quad occupancy per room (max occupancy per guest room). Parking Charges:
Event parking , Self-parking is complimentary. Hotel offers valet parking for overnight guest at $20.00 (plus tax) per day with 24-hour in/out privileges.  Event Valet Parking s $10.00 per Car.  Parking rates may be subject to change to state and local taxes and may change without notice.
